Option 1: Two day course

You will receive the current CPO® manual to aid your studying before the course. The in-class portion will comprise of two full days (15-18 hrs) of instruction followed by the final exam. You will be provided refreshments and lunch both days of class.

Option 2: One day fusion course

You will receive the current CPO® manual to aid your studying before the course. You will be able to set your own pace online, review modules and take module exams. Once you complete the online portion, you will receive a printable certificate and record of completion. These must be brought to the one day course. The in-class portion will comprise of one full day of revision followed by the final exam. You will be provided refreshments and lunch.

This course is offered in an online format or in-person course. Where the CPO certification course focuses on commercial swimming pools, this course focuses on residential swimming pool water chemistry. The course requires you to get two manuals (available through Amazon or the instructor). On successful completion of the course, you will receive a wall certificate and shoulder badge. The certification is valid for a period of 3yrs at which point you will need to recertify.
Refreshments will be provided if you are taking the in-person course.

Home Pool Essentials was jointly developed to teach home pool owners the basics of pool and hot tub maintenance, along with strategies for creating a safer pool environment.
